“Generosity is an activity that loosens us up. By offering whatever we can- a dollar, a flower, a word of encouragement- we are training in letting go”.- Pema Chodron.
Codetrain has sets of values held in high esteem by team and students and Generosity is one key value. We imbibe in our students these values to enable them shine and make positive impacts wherever they find themselves.
Paul larbi, an alumni of Codetrain and Operations Team Lead at Talamus Ghana donated cash and food items to children at Living Faith Children’s Home in Sokagope, Volta Region of Ghana during the festive season.
Paul came together with a group of friends to solicit funds from friends and family to put smiles on the faces of these children as part of the group’s trip to Sokagope, Volta Region - Ghana.
Living Faith Children’s Home is run by one Madam Agnes who takes care of a total number of 30 children solely from her funds and so this initiative came as a relieve to her and the children.
Some of the items donated by Paul and friends include rice, oil, noodles water, toiletries etc.
The children were extremely excited to receive these items.
Congratulations to Paul and his team of friends! We at Codetrain feel proud to know the values we imbibe in our students are exuded by them wherever the go.
