CODETRAIN BOOTCAMP WELCOMES ITS 23RD COHORT
63 aspiring professional software developers started their journey to become software engineers at Codetrain. Out of the 63,14 are virtual students and the rest are in-person students. These students are mainly from Ghana, Nigeria, and Liberia.
Over the next 12 months, they will go through a coding bootcamp which will enable them gain practical skills in fullstack web development and mobile development for both Android and iOS mobile operating systems. Codetrain’s program also includes training in the necessary soft skills required to be successful in today’s modern workplace, and to make an impact.
This journey will be helpful and educative, according to one student. Another also remarked,
“The first session was engaging, and I appreciated the emphasis on practical rather than theory. It is demonstrated first, after which you practice on your laptop. It should come as no surprise that at the end of the session, one will be able to do exactly as instructed, if not better. As students, it is our obligation to practice extensively during the week.”
Codetrain’s mission is to empower people to rise digitally by training them to become software developers and global leaders; setting them up to make an impact in their communities. Truly, these newly admitted students will have a positive impact both locally and internationally. We are delighted to invite you all into our extended family.
